We are an awesome group of Year 5 and 6 students from Room 13 at Yendarra Primary School in Otara, Auckland. Our blog is a way for us to share our learning with the world and we hope you will enjoy reading and watching some of our fantastic work as we publish it. Please comment to tell us what you like and we will try to regularly update with lots of exciting learning! At the moment we are learning about Kiwiana so enjoy finding out about what we have learnt over the coming weeks...
I think the Tongan group nearly broke the stage as well! I'm pleased you didn't run off the stage because you were wonderful - your family must have been so happy to see you up there singing and dancing. I was so proud to be part of the Tongan group because you were awesome!
ReplyDeleteWell done on a super recount, Tuni - I liked the way you included lots of details about your feelings and added in funny things that would interest the reader. You are reading very clearly and it is easy to hear what you are reading (despite those noisy girls in the background!)
WOW Tuni!! You really did a good job at reading your recount about Fiafia Day!
ReplyDeleteYou were a super star on the stage with your group.
I hope we do Fiafia Day again! I loved how you read your story.
